Welcome to Economy Inn & Suites, Tulsa. Before booking your stay with us, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Booking and Reservations:

   • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
   • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
   • Valid identification and a credit/debit card are required at the time of check-in.

2. Check-In/Check-Out:

   • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
   • Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
   • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment and Charges:

   • Payment for the entire stay is required at the time of check-in.
   • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
   • Any additional charges such as damages or incidental fees will be charged to the guest’s account upon checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
   • No-shows will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
   • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

5. Guest Responsibilities:

   • Guests are responsible for the behavior of all individuals in their party during their stay.
   • Any damages caused by guests to the hotel property will be charged accordingly.
   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy.

6. Pets Policy:

   • Pets are allowed for an extra fee

7. Amenities and Services:

   • Economy Inn & Suites provides complimentary cable in all rooms and common areas.

8. Liability:

   • Economy Inn & Suites shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property during their stay, unless caused by negligence on the part of the hotel.
   • Guests are advised to secure their valuables in the provided safety deposit boxes.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • Economy Inn & Suites reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the guest to review this document periodically for changes.
